Senior Sales Manager

Pioneering People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving our business forward by overseeing and leading all sales and marketing activities, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the successful execution of these plans to meet our growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior management role, with a strong background in sales and marketing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve our objectives, leading and managing the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and support, and developing relationships with key customers and target accounts.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve our objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop relationships with key customers and target accounts.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a senior management role.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel on a weekly basis.
