Senior Sales Director

Pioneering People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities to effectively communicate our value proposition and drive sales.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a senior management role.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and success.
