Role Responsibilities:

You will engage with a uniquely diverse array of cases across multiple sectors.

Your role will include mentoring, supervising, and guiding our junior attorneys, taking a leadership position in fostering the team's development.

With the backing of our in-house marketing team, you will spearhead business development initiatives, managing your own portfolio of clients and intricate cases.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a senior associate, legal director, or junior partner within a well-established property litigation team. You may find yourself at a juncture in your current role where advancement opportunities are limited, and you seek a position that offers genuine leadership prospects.

Extensive experience in commercial property litigation, particularly in complex dilapidations claims, is essential. Familiarity with telecoms, residential, and development work is advantageous but not mandatory.

You should also possess considerable experience in coaching, supervising, and nurturing a team of junior lawyers, thriving in a supportive, collegial, and collaborative atmosphere.

A proven track record in business development activities is necessary, along with the ability to present a business development strategy outlining your plans for the first six months to further enhance the business.
