Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned solicitor or partner with a minimum of eight years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to take on a pivotal role within our firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the growth of our client base and mentor our junior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of cases across multiple sectors.
  • Provide coaching and supervision to junior lawyers, fostering their professional development.
  • Lead business development initiatives, supported by our in-house marketing team.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a senior associate, legal director, or junior partner currently working in a well-established property litigation team. You should possess substantial experience in commercial property litigation, particularly in complex dilapidations claims. Familiarity with telecoms, residential, and development matters is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additionally, you should have a proven track record in coaching and developing junior legal professionals, thriving in a supportive and collaborative environment. Experience in business development activities is essential, along with the ability to present a strategic plan for growth.
