Role Responsibilities:

You will engage with a uniquely extensive array of cases across multiple sectors.

Your responsibilities will include coaching, supervising, and guiding junior lawyers, playing a key role in maximizing the team's potential.

With the backing of our in-house marketing team, you will spearhead business development initiatives, managing your own portfolio of clients and complex cases.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a senior associate, legal director, or junior partner within a well-established property litigation team. You may be seeking a role that offers genuine leadership opportunities due to limited progression in your current position.

Significant experience in commercial property litigation, particularly in complex dilapidations claims, is essential. Familiarity with telecoms, residential, and development work is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additionally, you should possess extensive experience in coaching and developing junior lawyers, thriving in a supportive, collaborative environment.

A proven track record in business development activities is required, along with the ability to present a business development strategy outlining your plans for the first six months.
