Key Responsibilities:

You will engage with a wide array of cases across multiple sectors.

Your role will involve coaching, supervising, and guiding our junior lawyers, ensuring the team reaches its full capabilities.

With the backing of our in-house marketing team, you will spearhead business development initiatives, managing your own portfolio of clients and complex cases.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a senior associate, legal director, or junior partner, currently working within a well-established property litigation team. You may find yourself at a juncture in your career where further advancement is limited and are seeking a position that offers genuine leadership opportunities.

Extensive experience in commercial property litigation, particularly in complex dilapidations claims, is essential. Familiarity with telecoms, residential, and development work is advantageous but not mandatory.

You should also possess a strong background in coaching and developing junior lawyers, thriving in a supportive and collaborative environment.

A proven track record in business development activities is required, along with the ability to present a business development strategy outlining your plans for the first six months.
