Role Overview

The main objective of the Educational Support Facilitator / Evaluator role is to conduct training and assessment for Level 3 Teaching Assistant standard qualifications and deliver Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualifications to learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training sessions, conduct assessments, and evaluate portfolio submissions up to Level 3.
  • Monitor learner progress and development from initial starting points.
  • Engage in research and development of new qualifications based on market demand and continuous improvement.
  • Provide exceptional academic guidance to ensure a productive learning experience for all students.
  • Exhibit best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment aligned with our organizational principles.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of a high-quality curriculum.
  • Assist in developing educational materials and maintaining records to track learner progress and attendance.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and all relevant policies.
  • Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
  • Actively promote organizational policies, including safeguarding and equality.
  • Follow health and safety protocols.
  • Deliver an induction program that outlines apprenticeship standards.
  • Prepare learners for assessments and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.

  • Offer pastoral care and support to learners.

  • Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.

Candidate Profile

This rewarding position is initially offered as a temporary role with the possibility of a permanent position due to organizational growth.

Candidates should possess relevant experience in a similar capacity.

The role will be based at our main site, with travel to various educational institutions as needed. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
