Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales and marketing executive to take on the role of Commercial Lead. In this position, you will oversee and manage all facets of our commercial operations. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing strategies to optimize profitability, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth through customer acquisition, retention, and various commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute commercial strategies aimed at fostering business growth and profitability.

- Manage client relationships, serving as the primary contact for key accounts.

- Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to broaden our client base.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint potential risks and opportunities.

- Conduct regular financial assessments to monitor performance and identify areas for enhancement.

- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure adherence to legal standards.

- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing or a related role.

- Comprehensive knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and clinical evidence, with the ability to effectively communicate product advantages and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.

- A strong existing network of clients and contacts within the skincare industry, particularly among medical practitioners and skincare professionals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related activities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
