About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Ryder Reid Legal Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners, coordinating inductions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Coordinate interviews, including liaising with partners, secretaries, and recruiting agencies, arranging Zoom links and room bookings, sending reminders, greeting candidates, and collecting interview feedback.
  • Maintain internal Practice Group Charts, updating them with the latest information on leavers, joiners, and transfers.
  • Produce monthly recruitment reports for international offices, providing valuable insights and data.
  • Collaborate with the team on pre-screening, background, and DBS checks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support graduate recruiting efforts, including attending law fairs and events, and handling expense and invoice processing for the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruiting within a law firm or professional services industry.
  • Familiarity with the legal qualification process is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
