**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our Care Home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to the Manager, staff, and residents to ensure the effective management of the Care Home.

* Maintain and oversee administrative systems, including payroll, petty cash, and purchase ledger.

* Process payroll hours, monitor staff sickness and absences, and ensure timely completion of monthly payroll runs.

* Manage the distribution of Resident's Personal Allowance and maintain accurate records.

* Report admissions and discharges to Head Office.

**Business Development:**

* Support the provision of advice and guidance to clients and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

* Deal with inquiries from new and existing customers, signposting or providing information about Restful Homes Group.

**Administration Duties:**

* Manage day-to-day administration of the Care Home.

* Liaise with key staff in other departments to ensure procedures operate effectively and in a timely manner.

* Maintain stock of stationery and ensure timely completion of invoicing.

* Chase outstanding fees from LA, CCG, and individuals.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in administrative support roles.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
