Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced People Director to join our ambitious not-for-profit elderly care provider. As a critical business hire, you will be responsible for leading our HR functions and driving strategic initiatives to support our organisation's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
