About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Plough and Harrow. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the demands of our menu
  • Work closely with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
