A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OVERNIGHT GUEST SERVICES COORDINATOR

As a key member of our team, reporting directly to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager, your daily responsibilities will encompass the following:

  • Conducting audits of room rates and charges, reconciling and balancing revenues in accordance with the night audit checklist.

To excel in the position of Overnight Guest Services Coordinator, you should possess the following attributes and skills:

  • A background in hospitality, ideally with experience in a customer-facing role.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

This role is hands-on, requiring the successful candidate to:

  • Communicate effectively with various departments.
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote hotel services and amenities.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of hotel offerings, pricing, policies, and local attractions.
