ROLE DESCRIPTION

CAPCO are looking for experienced financial services Business Analysts across multiple levels. This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology to analyse and develop business and technical requirements
  • Identify and report risks, issues and dependencies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to perceive new and better ways of working
  • Help drive the use of Agile methodologies to enhance organisational agility
  • Recommend areas for change and provide support to the business as changes develop
Requirements:
  • Experience working within Retail Banking as a Business Analyst
  • Solid experience of process mapping and process re-engineering
  • Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis
  • Change Management Methodology - proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
