About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist to join our team at TXM Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices in environmental and safety management.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate-level education in a technical discipline, such as environmental science, safety management, or a related field.
  • IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management (or higher) is required.
  • NEBOSH Certificate (or higher) is desired.
  • Practitioner membership of IEMA (or higher) is preferred.
  • Tech(IOSH) or higher is an asset.
