Marketing Brand Strategist

£45-50k + bonus

3Search is excited to collaborate with a leading global FMCG organization seeking a dynamic and integrated Marketing Brand Strategist to enhance their team. You will be engaged with one of their most prominent brands in the portfolio - a worldwide healthy snack label. With a robust market presence in its category, this brand requires a traditionally trained Marketing Brand Strategist who is passionate about brand development, digital marketing, and possesses the drive and enthusiasm to propel brand expansion into its next phase.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to brand strategies from day one, playing a crucial role in advancing this brand. This position is a fully integrated, 'classic' 360-degree brand management role that will involve everything from formulating brand strategies for the UK market to managing communications with a digital-first approach, as well as collaborating closely with the Innovation Manager to contribute to new product development ideas. Digital channels represent a significant growth opportunity, including influencer marketing.

To excel in this position, having a passion for healthy food, lifestyle, and wellness will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Assisting in the creation of annual brand strategies, ensuring consumer insights are prioritized
  • Supporting the management of comprehensive integrated campaigns
  • Assisting the Innovation Manager with the brand innovation pipeline
  • Collaborating with the global brand team/internal studio on long-term campaign creative
  • Partnering with the Marketing Manager on the brand's digital and social media presence (including developing influencer initiatives)
  • Engaging in brand partnership activities and campaigns
  • Overseeing external agency management

Essential Skills:

  • Proactive and self-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in FMCG, preferably within food brands
  • Ability to appreciate both corporate and agile working environments - this role offers a blend of both
  • Capability to work efficiently across multiple projects
  • Confident in stakeholder management
  • Strong grasp of ATL and BTL channels and media planning
