About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at 3Search. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of annual brand plans, ensuring consumer insights are at the heart of the strategy
  • Collaborate with the Innovation Manager to develop the brand innovation pipeline
  • Work with the global brand team and internal studio to create long-term campaign creative
  • Develop and implement digital and social media strategies to enhance the brand's online presence
  • Manage brand partnership activities and campaigns to drive business results
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the FMCG industry, preferably in food brands
  • Strong understanding of ATL and BTL channels as media planning
  • Ability to work in a corporate and agile environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
