Arthur Edward, a leading beauty and personal care recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Fragrance Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our fragrance division, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for four licensed global fragrance brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create product development briefs with global relevance and appeal
  • Collaborate with production and fragrance teams to design and develop fragrance packaging
  • Develop and implement marketing campaign concepts to drive sales and brand growth
  • Analyze target consumer base and provide insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Manage pre-launch initiatives and social media campaigns to create buzz and excitement around new product launches
  • Identify and structure customer strategies to drive loyalty and retention
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Train and guide sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days of work in our Hertfordshire office and regular trips to NYC to manage development and expansion of our global fragrance brands. If you are a fragrance enthusiast with a passion for marketing and product development, we encourage you to apply.
