The Haven social media division is undergoing a significant transformation.

As a key component of Bourne Leisure (alongside Warner Hotels), Haven is experiencing growth, with social media playing a pivotal role in our marketing strategy, particularly focusing on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

With increased visibility across the organization and a new Head of Department steering innovative directions, you will have the creative freedom to develop concepts, immerse yourself in our community, and witness your ideas come to fruition.

This position is ideal for an Account Manager from an agency background or someone with relevant in-house experience.

Your Responsibilities:

To learn, grow, and become proficient in a vital area of the business by:

  • Leading the strategy and execution of the content calendar, including planning, ideation, and implementation
  • Acting as the Social Media Manager in their absence
  • Identifying and collaborating with suitable influencers to enhance brand content and campaigns across Instagram and TikTok
  • Partnering closely with the content team to create on-brand, engaging content
  • Facilitating cross-channel initiatives
  • Conducting reporting, analysis, and channel administration
  • Engaging in social media responses as needed
