Your next employer are an award winning integrated marketing agency in the Hertfordshire area, looking for a new Social Media Executive to bolster their flourishing team.

You will be working on a variety of blue-chip client accounts, being part of running top-notch social media campaigns for them. You’ll be working alongside like-minded, hard working colleagues to ensure the highest quality work for your clients, at an agency with an amazing relaxed yet professional culture.

**What will give you the edge?**
- Experience in a marketing role, preferably (but not essentially) from a marketing agency
- A passion for social media
- Experience in community management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to write and create compelling content
- An understanding of key social media and digital channels

**Your new role**
- Brainstorming new creative ideas and developing monthly content plans for multiple clients’ social channels
- Writing and proofreading content
- Using social media analytics to report on the progress and performance of various channels
- You will be setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns to target specific audiences
- Monitoring new trends to ensure your campaigns are relevant and exciting
- Communicating with clients daily, working closely with the account management team to report on progress, manage expetations and understand their goals
