Job Title: Pediatric Nurse - Epsom and St Helier

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Epsom and St Helier. As a Band 5 Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs for pediatric patients.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Undertake patient observations, including vital signs, as needed.
  • Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals as required.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with pediatric and adult basic life support.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years post-graduate experience in pediatric nursing.
  • 6 months recent NHS pediatric experience within the last 3 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
