Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Epsom and St Helier. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and young people, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to children and young people, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families, as well as with the multidisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct patient observations, including vital signs, and document findings accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Current registration with the NMC as a Pediatric Nurse.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric nursing.
• Recent experience in pediatric nursing within the last 3 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric nursing practices.
