Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with diverse learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, S&L, or other barriers to progress.
  • Provide individualized support during lessons, group activities, and independent study sessions.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to create a safe and productive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for supporting student success and fostering a positive learning environment.
