Psychology Support Assistant

Ribbons and Reeves are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join their team as a Support Assistant in a dynamic educational setting. As a passionate and proactive individual, you will work closely with the SEN team to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, focusing on students' progress and attainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students across various subjects in Years 7-13
- Focus on boosting progress and attainment
- Collaborate effectively with the SEN team to address diverse learning needs
Requirements:
- A 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK university
- Previous child-based experience, especially with SEN
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in managing behaviour
Contract & Pay:
- Full-time, term-time only
- £90-£100 per day
