Job Title: Psychology Support Assistant

Ribbons and Reeves is seeking a Psychology Support Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted rated 'Good' school in Tottenham, Haringey.

Job Summary:

As a Psychology Support Assistant, you will work alongside qualified professionals to provide 1:1 support to individual students and small group work. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a wide variety of special needs with EHCP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs
- Assist with small group work and lesson planning
- Work alongside qualified professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

- GCSE and A-Level grades able to support students in core subject lessons
- Minimum 2:1 Degree in Psychology from a top 20 UK University
- Passionate about helping children with learning difficulties and additional needs
- Calming and nurturing nature around vulnerable children
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
