Role Overview

As an Accounts Support Specialist at Frasers Group, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Finance team. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer account inquiries and efficiently managing outstanding third-party debts. In addition, you will:

Conduct account reconciliations. Manage monthly statements, overdue correspondence, and cash allocations. Collaborate with senior management to approve or decline credit notes and process refunds. Establish new customer accounts, perform credit assessments, and request credit limits. Ensure timely invoicing across all companies and systems. Maintain mailboxes with a focus on detail and efficiency. Prepare aged debt reports.

Work Schedule

This position requires on-site attendance from Monday to Friday.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a Credit Control role is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficient in computer applications with strong Excel capabilities. Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with the Finance team and broader stakeholders. Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse and evolving workload. Eager to develop a career within a global public limited company. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for progression and qualifications funded by the organization.
