Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Property and Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounting entries for all of our subsidiaries, maintaining global property databases, and analyzing prepayments and accruals against a budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure completion of month-end processes within deadline.
  • Maintain global property databases.
  • Analyze prepayments and accruals against a budget.
  • Identify potential errors and create monthly reports against accounting standards.
  • Support multiple departments across the business.
  • Work with external consultants on implementation of systems and improvements.
  • Process monthly costs for all of our properties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a related role within a finance function.
  • Working towards or ambitions of completing one of ACCA/CIMA (study support provided).
  • Hard working and willingness to learn is essential.
  • Minimum intermediate Excel skills and be confident with formulas.
  • Organized and determined to succeed.
