About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our Property and Accounts team at Frasers Group. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the accounting function and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounting entries for all subsidiaries within deadline
  • Maintain global property databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Analyze prepayments and accruals against budget, identifying potential errors and creating monthly reports
  • Support multiple departments across the business, providing financial expertise and guidance
  • Work with external consultants on system implementation and improvements
  • Process monthly costs for all properties, working as part of a team of 7
Requirements
  • Minimum 1/2 year's experience in a related role within a finance function
  • Working towards/ambitions of completing one of ACCA/CIMA (study support provided)
  • Hard working and willingness to learn is essential
  • Minimum intermediate excel skills and be confident with formulas
  • Organised and determined to succeed
