Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Commis Chef to join our team at Mark's Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of your section, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, and producing exceptional dishes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the kitchen section, ensuring seamless execution of orders and specifications.
  • Prepare high-quality dishes from scratch, adhering to the club's high standards and expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a high-quality, busy destination restaurant.
  • A passion for food and working with seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
