The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Indigo Search Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including shift managers and operatives, to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with our client services team to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

The Person:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients. You will have a proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including inventory management, team leadership, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
