Warehouse Operations Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Indigo Search Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including shift managers and operatives, to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with our client services team to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
The Person:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our clients. You will have a proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and process improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including client services and operations.
