Warehouse Operations Manager

As a key member of our team at Indigo Search Limited, you will be responsible for leading a complex and fast-paced Warehouse and Logistics operation in the Brighouse area.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of Warehouse Managers, Warehouse Shift Managers, and Warehouse Operatives, as well as interacting with Transport Operatives and Drivers.
- Utilizing KPIs and processes to drive performance and efficiency.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a proactive and collaborative manner.
- Regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and respond proactively.
- Managing the financial performance of the operation, including a budget of approximately £1m.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent within the Logistics sector.
- Using data to inform decisions and provide regular reports to senior management.
This is a broad and autonomous role that requires a strong leader who can run an entire Logistics operation within the framework of a larger Logistics operation.
