Qualifications

    While a formal qualification in haircare is not mandatory, we are dedicated to investing in your development. You will possess:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in beauty or a dynamic retail setting
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations and services using advanced technology
  • Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, along with sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Background in retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling
  • A successful track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Experience in planning and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability to support a healthy work-life balance
