We are looking to recruit a night replenishment and admin leader to join a fast paced retail company, as part of the growing night team. It is a great time to join this international business as the continues to go from strength to strength in a growing market. As night leader you will be responsible for a team and stock replenishment over multiple sites. You will communicate clearly with your team and motivate them to achieve their tasks around standards and stock management and will deal with issues quickly and professionally as soon as they arise.

We are searching for a night or replenishment manager from a fast paced environment with at least 2 years in a similar role. You will be able to multitask, take ownership for the operational tasks, great at coaching and developing a team, whilst being self-motivated for their own development.

The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 plus 15% night allowance and a management bonus. A fabulous and extensive benefits package including health and life insurance is offered. This is a 3 day on 3 day off shift pattern working 6pm till 6am.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
