Position Overview

The Finance Operations Specialist will be tasked with the precise and efficient processing of vendor invoices. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and the capability to collaborate effectively with the Finance department.

  • Approving invoices
  • Reconciling vendor statements
  • Addressing vendor inquiries
  • Supporting payment processing
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations of vendor statements
  • Resolving outstanding balances
  • Managing supplier communications
  • Organizing accounts payable documentation

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proficient finance professional to advance within a nurturing team atmosphere.

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Environment: In-person
