About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team on shift, ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience in our centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure that the center is set up for success, including preparing for peak periods and managing inventory
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives
