Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Travelex. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Formal HR process experience, including return to work, investigations, disciplinary and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Desire to succeed and drive results, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
