Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Ensure that all staff are properly trained and equipped to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control the flow of customers and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Identify and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • High energy and a positive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to use a range of software applications
