Job Title: Client Business Partner/Employee Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Business Partner/Employee Coordinator to join our team in Rosyth. As a key member of our international employee welcome team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new international employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for international employees at Rosyth, providing support and guidance throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand future start dates and ensure timely welcome activities.
  • Attend employee inductions and work closely with Babcock Welcome Leads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Coordinate and participate in the welcome of new joiners at the airport, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Develop and distribute 'Welcome Packs' to support employees' early employment journey.
  • Work with Babcock's relocation provider to ensure they have all necessary information and are set up to use their technology.
  • Ensure employees settle into their accommodation and address any issues or concerns with the relocation provider and recruitment team.
  • Source and manage relationships with transport providers to support employees' travel needs.
  • Act as a conduit between payroll, HR, and employees, providing support and answering queries quickly and accurately.
  • Continuously improve processes based on employee feedback and learnings.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a recruitment or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate to deliver results.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how to positively impact projects.
  • Ability to analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to manage changing demands.
  • Ability to manage difficult situations confidently and remove any restrictions to communication.
  • Willingness to act on initiative within pre-defined constraints.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
