Content Management System Strategist

Job Summary

Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled CMS Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital product team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the content strategy for our insurance client's flagship membership programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content models that are structured, scalable, and flexible across the portfolio, ensuring adherence to best practices in new builds and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to build features on the CMS, delivering personalized experiences for clients and segments.
  • Perform peer reviews on builds by other content managers and coach them to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support the change and transformation program by identifying governance and workflows with business stakeholders and managing changes on the CMS.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in Enterprise Headless CMS platforms.
  • Proven expertise in building personalized experiences, managing content and display for different user segments.
  • Experience with Acoustic CMS is a plus, especially if you have been involved in early-stage platform setup and adoption.
