About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content modeling, feature development, and deployment on Enterprise Headless CMS platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting content models, building personalized experiences, and managing deployment in line with our release cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content models across assets to ensure scalability, flexibility, and adherence to our content community standards.
  • Collaborate with our Dev team to build features on CMS, meeting design and personalization needs for specific clients and segments.
  • Perform peer-review on build by other CMs and coach them to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support our change and transformation program by identifying governance and workflows with business stakeholders and triaging/manage changes on CMS.
  • 8-10+ years of related experience in content management, with a strong background in Enterprise Headless CMS platforms.
  • Experience with Acoustics CMS and involvement in early-stage platform setup and adoption is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in building personalized experiences, managing content/display for different user segments.
