Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at CoTalent. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing content for our assigned product areas to provide in-product, self-service, and assisted support information that helps customers successfully use our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Research and create new content using UI and GenAI specifications to provide in-product, self-service, and assisted support information that helps customers successfully use our products.
  • Content Optimization: Review and optimize existing content to ensure it meets the needs of our customers.
  • Content Editing: Edit the work of peers to ensure that it meets the high standards of our company.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all content is compliant with legal, style, and other corporate standards.
  • Content Collection: Collect content for product feature information and ensure that it is relevant to the specific feature and not redundant.
  • Analysis: Analyze past versions of self-help content and suggest ways to restructure information to meet new user needs.
  • Information Design: Plan the information design deliverables for assigned areas for every product and new release.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Technical Writers, and Sr. Technical Writers across time zones to ensure that they are focusing on the critical few.
  • Improvement Suggestions: Provide suggestions for article-level and topic-level improvements based on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Content Management Systems, including WordPress and Jira.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and creation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with content management systems.
