Finance Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, generating invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including sales transactions and customer information.
  • Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Reconcile sales ledger accounts with payments received and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and providing assistance regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
  • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Sage 50 and Sage Payroll.
  • Working knowledge of accounts receivable and Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
