About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at the Isle of Raasay Distillery. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Controller and assisting with various financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including management accounts and balance sheets.
- Support the financial planning and budgeting process, including data analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero and Odoo.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
