Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at the Isle of Raasay Distillery. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Controller and assisting with the day-to-day running of the company's finances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including management accounts and balance sheets
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial data, including accounts payable and receivable
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller, including preparing documents and reports
- Assist with the implementation of new financial systems and processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero and Odoo
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience
