Financial Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient accounts receivable records, generating and issuing invoices, and implementing credit control procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including recording and managing sales transactions
* Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner
* Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
* Implement credit control procedures to minimize bad debt
* Reconcile sales ledger accounts with payments received and resolve any discrepancies
* Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances

**Requirements**

* Sage 50 and Sage Payroll experience
* Working knowledge of accounts receivable and financial operations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
