Job Title: Process Analyst

Expedia Group's ETSP Division is seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to join our team in London. As a Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Process Analyst in maintaining end-to-end process excellence in contracting, ordering, billing, and cost-rationalization of technology services and their related expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Process Analyst in maintaining process excellence in contracting, ordering, billing, and cost-rationalization of technology services and their related expenses.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external business partners to deliver business continuity, process improvement, and first-class expense management.
  • Manage the telecom order to payment lifecycle, and inventory and reporting for voice, internet, and circuit expenses around the world.
  • Provide analytical support, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
  • Assist the lead in planning and provisioning for telecom services, and accountable for data and voice inventory management.
  • Prepare data and voice circuit usage management and reporting, and overall strategy for tracking over utilization and underutilization of data and voice circuits.
  • Accountable for record keeping of asset decommissioning and disposal.
Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Passion for using data to drive better decision-making.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, financial management, or equivalent.
