Job Description

Expedia Group's ETSP Division is seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to provide Telecom Expense Management and financial expertise in support of Global Technology Operations worldwide.

The Process Analyst will collaborate with multiple internal and external business partners to deliver business continuity, process improvement, and first-class expense management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Process Analyst in maintaining end-to-end process excellence in contracting, ordering, billing, and cost-rationalization of technology services and their related expenses.
  • Collaborate with the Telecom Expense Management Team to deliver business critical functions supporting multiple brands and business units across EG.
  • Manage the telecom order to payment lifecycle, and inventory and reporting for voice, internet, and circuit expenses around the world.
  • Provide analytical support, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to identify potential cost savings and/or avoidance from telecom spend.
  • Partner with finance and procurement on planning and budgeting, and maintain and update the Invoice processing for telecom expense management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communicate and enforce adoption of process across the core infrastructure teams.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors' Degree in business management, financial management, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing IT and telecom expenses for a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Previous experience utilizing a 3rd party Telecom Expense Management tool preferred.
