Telecom Expense Management Specialist

Expedia Group's ETSP Division is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Expense Management Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Global Technology Operations team, you will provide financial expertise and support to ensure the efficient management of telecom services worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Process Analyst in maintaining end-to-end process excellence in contracting, ordering, billing, and cost-rationalization of technology services.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to deliver business continuity, process improvement, and first-class expense management.
- Manage the telecom order to payment lifecycle, and inventory and reporting for voice, internet, and circuit expenses around the world.
- Provide analytical support, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain inventory information for data and voice services to identify potential cost savings and avoidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, financial management, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences.
- Passion for using data to drive better decision-making.
