Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, or Recruitment Coordinator to take on a challenging and rewarding role as an Onsite Recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for operational shop floor roles across the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage the recruitment process for all operational shop floor roles.
  2. Communicate with agencies and log all submissions to avoid duplication.
  3. Identify the correct source for candidate representation and encourage swift feedback from departmental managers.
  4. Conduct interviews, coordinate new starters, and carry out inductions and other administrative recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a resource, delivery consultant, or recruitment coordinator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Ability to carry out face-to-face and teams-based interviews and inductions.
  3. Effective communication skills to interact with agencies and line managers.
